This week I’m happy to announce a big improvement to our reply tracking system which now tracks the replies you get within campaigns, composed emails as well as inside your unified inbox.

Next, we have improved the UX for adding contacts inside campaigns, with the ability to select contacts one at a time or in bulk by selecting an existing folder.
